- Ramen Danbo (incredible food and long lines)
- Dirt Candy (fancy and inventive vegetarian tasting menu, needs reservation, we got engaged here!)
- Westville (lots of veg options, great for kids. a number of locations, can def find a spot in some of them)
- East Wind Snack Shop (great take out dumplings, + our fav veg dumplings)
- Simple Loaf (perfect and enormous tuna melt, come say hi since we live right there!)
- Awash (several locations, great Ethiopian food with a low-key vibe)
- Golden Diner (amazing Asian-influenced diner food; it’s super trendy and needs a reservation or willingness to wait but very worth it)
- Da Nona Rosa (kind of suburban style Italian food and great pizza)
- Her Name is Han (upscale Korean food, needs a reservation)
- Rule of Thirds (beautiful and special Japanese food, requires reservations)
- Winner (bakery, great pastries/cookies/breakfast sandwiches)
